While you can always expect a team-centered approach, every Development Camp is uniquely tailored to our client's needs and budget.

Every development camp includes fun activities, team-building challenges, reflection, and opportunities to create action steps to carry the momentum into the workplace.

Base prices are below.

The base price includes a 30-minute pre-planning consultation, a personalized team development plan crafted by us and approved by you, an additional 30-minute mid-planning consultation (if needed), and an onsite facilitator* to lead your development day.

 

*Depending on your group size and training time you may have more than one facilitator / additional fees may apply. 

 

In addition, you can expect your facilitator to spend an average of 3-4 hours per training hour*  planning the activities, creating the training resources, and working on your personalized plan all before leading your team on development day.

 

*Themed events, specialized activities, and oversized groups require more prep hours / additional fees may apply. 

 

Total prices may vary depending on group size, time, supplies, and upgrades.
