This training takes teams through a deep-dive exploration of the importance of building a positive team culture. Groups work through fun and interactive games as well as activity prompts that will help them know themselves and their teammates better, define common values they can rally around for the workplace, challenge them to be collaborative and responsible and teach them the importance of protecting the culture so that it translates well to those they serve.

After the completion of the training, staff and/or volunteers will be equipped to effectively work as a cohesive unit, take ownership of their responsibilities, and better serve those your organization seeks to influence.
